Nabila Kilani joins Alhurra as a co-anchor of Al Youm
Springfield, Va. — August 24th starts a new chapter of Alhurra’s flagship program Al Youm, as Nabila Kilani joins Alhurra Television as a co-anchor of the network’s ground-breaking live television magazine program. Broadcasting from the Al Youm’s Dubai hub, Kilani comes to Alhurra with more than 10 years of experience as a radio personality, television host and anchor on Morocco’s most popular radio and television networks.
“Nabila is not only a seasoned journalist with a great passion and curiosity for the news and current affairs, but she has a presence on camera that is very hard to find,” said Brian Conniff, President of Middle East Broadcasting Networks (MBN) which manages and operates Alhurra. “She is going to be an invaluable addition to Al Youm.”

Kilani started her career at the age of nine, when she hosted the program Little Person’s TV on RTM television in Morocco. In 2004, she co-hosted Studio 2M and provided live reports for the program from the Mawazine Festival in Rabat. In 2007, Kilani hosted the popular talent program Star Academy Magreb on Nessma TV and served as a prime-time host on the top-rated radio station Hit Radio. Starting in 2010, she anchored Maroc Net on the popular Moroccan television station Al Aoula for three years.
She is a graduate of the Audiovisual and Multimedia Center in Rabat in 2005.
