Podcast: Production and Marketing
More than 20 journalists participated in a podcast production and marketing course taught by Alberto Marchena Jr, former director of various radio stations and an expert on the subject of podcast production.
The 12.5-hour course, organized by USAGM, trained journalists on how to produce podcasts, taking it from a concept all the way through promotion and monetization.
At the end of the course, journalists shared their ideas for a podcast, developed marketing campaigns, as well as identified their target audiences and sponsors.
