The U.S. Embassy in Bolivia in partnership with USAGM offered a virtual workshop on creating content for social media. More than 30 journalists from Bolivia participated and discussed ways to create content for new audiences.
During the workshop, Regional Marketing Officer Iscar Blanco explained what the market trends are, where new audiences are headed, and how content must be adapted to different groups in order to be accepted.
The workshop helped participants create infographics, audios, videos, interactive maps, and timelines. This newly acquired skillset will allow them to provide more engaging content on their digital platforms.
