Matthew Baise: Making progress in digital and social media
Matthew Baise is the Director of Digital Strategy for VOA. He focuses primarily on audience development on web, mobile and social platforms. He also leads product development for VOA across multiple platforms. He joined the agency in 2010 as Internet Managing Editor for its English website and served in that role until 2013. Before that, he was the Head of Digital Media at the Baltimore Sun.
