The Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS), conducted by the Office of Personnel Management, is a tool for employees to share their perceptions about their work experiences, their agency, and leadership. Employee participation is encouraged but voluntary, confidential, and anonymous.
2023 Survey Results
The 2023 FEVS include these highlights:
- Our highest-ever Global Satisfaction Index at 68%, which measures employees’ satisfaction with their job, pay and the organization, which is a 7% increase over 2022.
- The Office of Cuba Broadcast and USAGM’s Mission Support saw a 10% increase in Global Satisfaction over last year.
- 58 items identified as strengths by OPM, up from 49 in 2022 and 26 in 2021, and zero challenges were identified, equal to 2022 and 2021.
To build on this progress, we are carefully evaluating these results and creating a roadmap to address areas for improvement, while strengthening transparency and accountability across the board
